Order Status
How do I view past orders?
  Click the "Order Tracking" link under the "Cart Info" section at the bottom of the cart.  Find the order you would like to view and click the "View Order" button next to that order. This will take you to the order details page for that order.
How do I view/print an order invoice?
  Click the "Order Tracking" link under the "Cart Info" section at the bottom of the cart.  Find the order you would like to view/print the invoice and click the "View Order" button next to that order. This will take you to the order details page for that order. Click on the green "need to print an invoice" button. The invoice should pop up in a new window.
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "Order Tracking" link under the "Cart Info" section at the bottom of the cart.  Find the order you would like to track and click the "View Order" button next to that order. This will take you to the order details page for that order, which will display order status and tracking numbers (once the order has shipped).
Can I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Once an order has been placed, the order is no longer editable. If you would like to cancel or modify an order, please contact Vital Learning support.
